He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. After about 40 minutes, we asked him what we owed him for his time, and he didn't even charge us. Wow, you don't see that anymore! Coming from someone that values the personal aspect of "business", shows me the character of this shop and the people that run it. I think we just found our new accountant!“
