I had to replace my tar and gravel roof for insurance purposes (even though there was nothing wrong with it other than not being up to code). These folks were very patient with my questions, they showed up when they said they would, and always followed up promptly. The roof replacement happened on schedule, they cleaned up after themselves, and the new metal roof looks great! It's unfortunate that this kind of service is hard to find anymore, but luckily I did find them and I'm very happy with the job. My windstorm insurance premium went down significantly right away after Lindholm gave me the new mitigation report. Thank you!

We purchased a house with a very poorly-designed roof / gutter / pool enclosure situation. It was causing an accumulation of leaves and debris, causing the gutters and fascia to rust / rot, plus it was UGLY!
