The Salesman Eli Jones was great! At Williams Flooring, they won't sell you anything that you don't need. Eli was very helpful and professional during the whole process. And the installer Louiz, was also very professional when it came time for the vinyl tile flooring installation. I will be going back to Williams Flooring in the future to finish my flooring projects for the rest of my home.
5 star service.I had two experiences in the last several months. The first one was in purchasing tile for my bathrooms. They had top quality products to select from and we furnished two bathrooms, complete with tile and all of the accessories necessary to complete the job. It looks absolutely fantastic.My second experience was in getting quality padding and superior quality carpet for my two bedrooms. Tina and Eli did such a great job in helping me make the selection and the installers did a fine job and were very courteous and cleaned up after the installation .
It is important to know that this business was sold in February and has new management. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are good. I was very satisfied after purchasing over 600 sq ft of wood panel vinyl. And the lady buying tile after my purchase raves about them and said she would go nowhere else!!
