Scarlett informed you about what she's doing, told you what she thinks might be wrong with your hair, and thoroughly reported to you how to use different products on your hair. I have hard water and Crystal makes sure to keep me informed of products that are best for that and any other situations that arise with my hair and scalp. Crystal cuts and does highlights on my hair and makes great suggestions of colors that look great with my complexion. Lori is excellent and always seems enthusiastic when I come in with new nail art I want. Even when I don't know what I want she designs something amazing. I have had Covid twice in the last 9 months and Lisa, Crystal and Lori have been great about me either canceling or missing appointments. They were more worried about me than booking my next appointment. The ladies at Uniquely You are like family.
