Woke up this morning and noticed our heat was not working . I called the company and didn’t get someone right away (7:30am) but figured they were not open just yet so I left a voicemail. Within 5-10 minutes I got a call back explained what was going on and within the hour the owner I am assuming came out and knew exactly what it was . Explained everything in detail to me then was nice enough to repeat everything to my husband . Waited until my husband got home to explain even further and did a little work that was needed . Quick to respond to our A/C failure in August. Had us repaired in under a half hour. Service charge was a little expensive but was worth having a knowledgeable tech in Eddie without any over-troubleshooting or trying to sell parts we didn't need.
