Chrissy was very pleasant to work with when choosing my new glasses. She was insightful as well as knowledgeable about pricing, and options that would work well for me. Thank you, Chrissy!
The office was completely packed and staff was working hard to serve customers. A customer came in and began causing a scene and Emily and Shelby handled themselves calmly and professionally even though the customer was extremely rude and disrespectful. Kudos to the staff for keeping their composure while still making sure every customer was taken care of.
I was pleasantly surprised, the staff were very courteous and helpful. Dr.Day was very nice after the exam I didn't need a new prescription only glasses since mine are 4 years old and in rough shape and they did not try and get me to buy anything I did not want. So I am very pleased with them. Pat S.
