I was looking for a contractor to change out the ceiling in my lanai from sheetrock to wood. Based on the positive feedback I noted, I decided to hire Mr. Denisen. He promptly came to my house and gave me a fair estimate right on the spot, He started about 2 weeks later. On the first day, as they were removing the sheetrock, I noticed that the ceiling had never been insulated. Since the lanai is within the roof of my house, I asked if they could insulate the ceiling. They did so the next day. He put in a tongue and groove pine ceiling and stained it two coats.
