February 2024 Having initially met Mike only through his web page while searching for a contractor several years ago, I didn’t realize then how fortunate I was to make his acquaintance. Over that period he has carried our numerous varied projects for us and he has never disappointed. His undeniable excellent craftsmanship is born out of his early roots as a painter wherein he is able to foresee the excellently finished product when beginning any job. Being snowbirds, he often worked on tasks for us while we were away and we had complete trust in not only his craftsmanship but additionally handling project finances with purchases, payroll and bringing in and managing vetted subcontractors to see that our work progressed on schedule and on budget.
