Made an appointment easily. The owner, Roger, called and was able to arrive early which was great. My dog liked him which says a lot????. My Whirlpool Gold refrigerator drain was clogged badly. Freezer was making a glacier and water was flooding onto my tile. Unlike the YouTube guys - Roger knew how to fix it. He pulled refrigerator out of the alcove, unplugged it, removed back panel and removed drain hose and fitting. After a thorough cleaning out (it was nasty) he reassembled everything and put it back into the alcove. He gave me instruction on how to remove various freezer shelves which had confounded me. Roger was on time, very friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained what was wrong with our washer and was upfront about how much it'd cost to fix it. It was cheaper to replace it than repair it, so we only paid for the service call. Would highly recommend Roger for any appliance needs!

Roger serviced a Frigidaire dishwasher under warranty for us. He answered phone calls promptly and showed up exactly when he said he would. He had to return several times due to the faulty part in the dishwasher, but always fixed it as soon as the part was available. We never had to call twice or wonder when the machine would get fixed. He was very careful working in a tight space and did not make a mess. We were dismayed to learn that Frigidaire doesn't always pay him for return visits even though the fault was with the product or the tech advice. Wish they would at least reimburse him for the trip.
