I was able to meet with Shelby prior to my 9am appointment - so wait time was ‘fantastic’! I wanted layers cut back into my hair and a slight trim. Shelby listened and provided excellent hair cut skills. My natural curls bounced right back once the length was trimmed. Pleased with the cut.
I love Fantastic Sam's and my stylist Tim, I won't see anyone else.

I want to give a huge shout out to Tiffany, and a huge shout out to Shelby. The first to Tiffany, she was the reason I did not walk out with some concerns that she could read on my face from a separate stylist who made me nervous with what she was saying regarding a color I was looking for ( just a black with a blue hue to what she said they did not have) and then sat me in her chair. I made the comment that I was nervous and she corrected that issue which led me to sit with a separate stylist.
