Our air went out today late afternoon. Called and they fit is in on one of the hottest days, Tony was here within the hour and took care of. Customer Service from beginning call to Tony fixing the problem was Great! Thanks againHighly recommend

10 stars for Demetri. He’s taken care of us for years, multiple homes, always honest and reasonable rates by far. Would highly recommend to anyone personally or professionally.Most places just wanted to charge $10k and replace the units, Demetri found the problem and resolved it……..not $10k.

From the time I called to the time my new air conditioner was put in was a great experience! My air went out I had 2 quotes on the price of a replacement and both were pretty close, well kind of, we went with Alpha because they were the best with communication, the best respectful technicians at my house and the best part is they offer financing (plus we love Mr. Gary).
