Reached out to Tinsley for a quote. They sent someone to look at the job. We were replacing a meter can, upgrading wiring into the main panel and converting to underground service( from the local utility). They took care of permitting, sent me the cut sheets of material they proposed to use and answered questions. The day of the install John was sent to perform the job. Knowledgeable , kind and hard working. Good quality of work. Inspection the same day. Basically, they did what they said they were going to do. Showed up and performed when they said they would.

Wonderful job. An email was sent to verify appointment and time, work to be done and even included a picture of the service person coming. We have used Tinsley before and their service people are friendly and do a great job. I appreciate the professionalism of this company and feel appreciated as a customer.
