The folks at Frosty's arrived on time to replace our old (1998!) HVAC unit. They were very professional in the assessment of the logistics involving removal of our old unit and installation of the new unit, and were sure to make certain we understood how the new unit and thermostat functioned, etc., before they left. While we may not have any issues in the near future, we would DEFINITELY recommend Frosty's Heating & Cooling Services to anyone needing HVAC repairs or replacement! It was such a pleasure to work with such knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth, helpful people!
