KY WAS AWESOME. He was funny, kind , and helped me pick out a color . He gave me the best spa Pedi I think I've ever had. The facility is beautiful and clean. I would highly recommend this business to anyone! I'm visiting here from Naperville Illinois. I wish I could come back for another one. Have a great day!
Omg, I went to Grand Nail Lounge on vacation and I had the best experience. Christy was so polite and Jennie took such great care of me.
Cleanliness: The ambience at Grand Nails is so cute warm and inviting. There aren’t many nail salons around, but the one that are seemed old and run down. It’s so clean here!!
Jenny is my nail tech. She is always so kind and sweet! She always remembers me immediately when I come in. I have had exceptional service since they opened Last year. I’ve had bad experiences with other nail salons in the area so I was very cautious changing to a new salon. I got exactly what I wanted beautifully done. She works very quickly. But the job is not rushed. She’s very gentle offers water and sweet conversation. She always asks me about my daughter and how I’m doing.
