My iPhone 14 stopped working after the most recent Apple update. Thought the whole board was going to have to be replaced. The tech was able to fix it wayyy cheaper than I initially thought and refunded my money and had it done in less than an hour! Everyone was really patient with me and super helpful! Great service !
Great service. It took way longer than expected bc an employee got sick, but once they were back, my item was processed immediately. Thanks guys, keep it up, and don't forget to take care of yourselves. ?
UPDATE: changing to three stars for the owners kind and professional response. This is all so confusing 2 stars bc they fixed my phone and it looks great, but they factory reset my phone. They did tell me this would happen before I brought my phone in and to make sure the phone was backed up, but when I took it to the phone company to help me activate my phone, they told me that a factory reset was not necessary. I also heard this from 2 other people. One of the people said her bf got the back of his phone fixed at the Viera location and it was not factory reset. So there was one inconvenient piece.
