“They repaired an antique piano chair I bought (1890s to early 1900s). The base was separating, the legs were separating from the base, and the adjustable/swivel seat was stuck so it didn't work. They picked the chair up and had it back to me in working order in a day. I didn't do a full restoration since I like some of the wear on the chair from age, but I'm so happy with the repair work they did to get the chair usable.“

“In 2017, when I first moved here, I was always getting nasty notes from my neighbors about not keeping my property up to HOA standards. The issue was, the property is actually not mine, it's owned by the HOA. When I'd call or e-mail nothing got done. I also always had issues with my payment. I'd send a check and they claimed they wouldn't get it or they had to send it back to me for various reason (I'd never get it back and they'd send me late fees) Now it is almost 2022 and they are under new management and you can tell! They FINALLY implemented auto pay so now there is never a "lost check" situation. Also, the yard next to me is finally taken care of properly. There was a different crew working (not US Lawns) and they did a GREAT job. The neighbors finally stopped complaining“
