“We had a guest bathroom renovated and two windows in our living room elongated for better views (see before and after photos), and Jordan and GP definitely came through. The workmanship is outstanding, and everyone was very professional. Our project lead Zack was new to the company, but he was very knowledgeable and reliable. He was great at communicating with us, and we always knew what to expect and when to expect it. The only real issue we had was regarding the price of the shower tile/bathroom countertop, which turned out to be over budget though we remember being told it wouldn't be. Jordan made everything right and honored our original agreement. Many companies would not have done that, and they'll definitely get our repeat business because of that. My only advice to them would be to put the actual tile and countertop pricing in writing beforehand. Otherwise, we couldn't be happier with their work and their company.“

“From start to finish we felt like their only customer. We had ample communication and knew exactly what was going, they did a wonderful job keeping us in the loop. I never felt in the dark about anything. The working crew had many check ins with the owner, Chad, and his son, Greyson- which made my husband and I very confident in the work being completed. When checking in Greyson listened and addressed our concerns with kindness and always had a solution. Never did he make me feel like a bother or like I was asking too many questions.

The workers arrived promptly everyday, left on time, and always cleaned up their mess. Although our house was occupied with workers M-F for 3-4 weeks, I never was bothered or irritated by them as they were friendly and respectful.

I would definitely recommend this company for anything big or small. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family for their project needs. Now we have a structural sound house and I no longer need to worry about that component. “The first experience I have had with a remodel of my kitchen and East Coast will be the only company I use for any further remodels in our home. I attained 2 quotes on the kitchen and decided to go with East Coast for the following reasons:
1. Dio worked on the design and in every step he considered convenience and what was needed for a working kitchen. I was not changing the footprint but in the design he did not just replace the format of cabinets I had, he included all the newest features; spice rack next to oven, trash cans in cabinets, pull out drawers in lower cabinets and more cabinets in the island for storage.
2. I gave them a budget and they stayed in budget!
3. Timeline was given and finished on time.

Before the start date all cabinets were ordered and they would not start until all cabinets where in and inspected, so no surprises. Since we stayed in our home for the remodel they insured that all area's were sectioned off with plastic and all working area floors where covered.

Robert was my main man and he was at the jobsite every working day to check on the work . Robert called every evening letting me know who was coming, what time and what was going to be done the next day. All workers where on time, very professional and always cleaned up every evening before they left for the day. A shout out to two workers Aaron and Trent who made our lives easy during this transition, great job.

Jake was my buddy from the office that helped me select the granite countertops and backsplash, sink, faucet, hardware and lighting. Jake was also checking in with us to see how things were going and if he could help in any way with the process.

They said the remodel would take 6 weeks and it took 6 weeks.

We could not be more happy with the final product and their attention to each and every detail and would would not not sign off until everything was exactly has I wanted.
