Carmine is a sweet old man who gives you the old school haircuts. Shaving cream and straight razor on your neck.He’s a New Yorker so prepare for the Giants/Jets conversation ! I’d definitely go back.
When we walked in I realized it was Carmine, he wasn't busy at the time but had the day packed with appointments. He was able to give my brother a haircut, trimmed his eyebrows, and mustache but didn't have enough time to do a shave. He did try to reschedule him for 1:30 the same day, but it conflicted with our plans.I was very thankful that he shaved a spot on his cheek that my brother had missed. So at least when we walked out he looked clean and better than when we walked in.
We have gone to Carmines since my little guy was 18 months old. I can’t say enough about this barbershop. Both my husband and son look amazing every time. So over the last 12 years, a hair cut at least every month, you do the math. Definitely one consistent thing in our busy lives. Walk-in’s are welcomed, I would definitely suggest making an appointment though. Have a great day!
