“I first came across while attending her yoga classes, as well as her meditation workshops. I was so impressed with those offerings, that I decided to give her massage a try. My massage from Kim was totally top notch. Everything from her demeanor to the quality of her linen sheets were different from most other therapists I have had come over. Just very professional and very caring. She really had the details covered. And her massage techniques were amazing. Flowing and fluid at certain times, firmer pressure where needed at other times. “My first massage, I reached out to Nancy because I was having exhausting severe pain in my neck and shoulders due to stress at work. It was really difficult to work at all. I was just white knuckling through it. Nancy was gracious enough to get me into a late appointment her last one for the day. She is amazing and strong for petite being! The massage was uncomfortable because of my extreme tension and tightness, but she talked me through each area as she worked through all of the knots in my shoulders and my neck. I am grateful and happy to say that through the night and this morning, it was evident that her knowledge of this service and the body and hard work as a professional, resolved my pain! “My medical journey has been a long and complex one. Over 5 years ago I developed debilitating pelvic/back/hip pain after a c-section. It slowly worsened until I was unable to function normally in my daily life. I was eventually told that I have central sensitization and possibly CRPS. Having tried multiple surgeries and treatments, I still had made little progress. If you have CRPS, you know how frustrating it can be to find a doctor that is knowledgeable in this condition as well as a treatment plan that gets to the root of the problem.

I started working with Dr. Conde at the Conde Center about 5 months ago and little by little have been gaining back function. Each month I have made real progress that has pleasantly surprised my family and friends. Everyone part of my care team at the Conde Center has been extremely attentive, caring and patient while working with me. It is a relief to have a doctor that understands my condition and is able to guide me through recovery. My family and I are so grateful for the improvement in my quality of life so far and can’t wait to see where I am at in the next months.“
