Service has always been executed as described on the contract, techs are always friendly and able to answer my questions.Management has promptly addressed all my billing inquiries.Constant communication and follow ups from customer service to ensure services have been met and/or any pending areas have been taken care of immediately or rescheduled to address the day after my monthly treatment.I do recommend you give them a try!!!

I have been using Pest Bear for about six months or so now. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service reps contact me to check in periodically and to schedule my pest control services and answer and address any questions. My lawn is looking greener in some areas but due to the current drought and ability to water 1x per week my grass is a bit dry in some areas. I think this will improve once it rains more. I had a retreat on weeds in my yard recently and they came out the next day and gave me a personal call to let me know how the service went. So far I am happy with Pest Bear and would recommend them to others seeking lawn and pest control... read full review

Thank you pest bear for saving my yard! I had dead spots and my HOA wanted me to add sod and spend thousands. I used Trugreen and failed me for years and was never able to make a difference in my yard. Michael Layne assured me that the process would turn my lawn around and it did! My yard looks better than it ever has!
