Very good phone service followed by quick service date. Technician, Rich, was very nice & extremely knowledgeable. Went over our expectations & got right to the job, including attic entry, centered our lights perfectly! Kept a neat/clean work area. The whole experience was very good! We would highly recommend this company.
I will start with the speed of service. I called on a Saturday afternoon around 3:25. They were there by 5! A different company came to do routine maintenance on Friday. They left her with no heat on the coldest night of the year. Called Electric Quest . Spoke to a very friendly woman who assured me they could help. After explaining the situation they showed up as promised and helped my elderly mother. Within 3 hours from initial call, heat was working. Highly recommend this company! Thank you for getting my moms heat working in just a few hours on the coldest day (46) of the year. We are grateful we found a caring, honest and reasonable priced company. Thank you again.
