Rob absolutely puts customer service first. I called after one carpet cleaning company failed to show. He was able to rearrange his schedule so my carpet could be serviced within less than 24 hours of my call. The price is comparable industry wise. He uses eco friendly products. Great company! They take their time to detail your carpets instead of just coming in and cleaning them in an hour. Our carpets were really dirty from a dog and toddler so they needed some extra cleaning and busy bees sure did the job. We are very satisfied ! Thanks again .
