“Our septic system began backing up on the Sunday morning of Thanksgiving weekend. I called several 24/7 septic companies and only got a voicemail; until I reached Payless in my search. John was here in an hour. During the call, John’s service included showing us our system and answering questions. He explained that it was not full but clogged. With his well-equipped truck, this unexpected situation was quickly rectified. The fee was reasonable and to be honest much lower than expected especially with the holiday. Not one of the other companies have called and it’s been hours since John got us up and running again. Maybe they’ll call tomorrow? Do yourself a favor and call Payless first! We will from now on. I decided to take unit out, he was good, quick, efficient and answered all my questions and very nice!!!! I am very pleased!! Also like that they have 24 hr service should I ever have an emergency.
