He is confident in his recommendations and thorough in research and explaining everything, I dont hesitate to follow his advice. It is truly refreshing. I ended up purchasing a new tower and laptop (which I'm thrilled with) and the transition was flawless. I now have his monthly service and the peace of mind is priceless. Great guy to work with. Did a Windows 10 and Office 19 upgrade on my machine. Then resolved a nasty problem of Insert Picture inserting garbage on Outook and Word caused by Microsoft.

We found Russ and his computer service listed on the internet. Russ lives near us, and his service includes the picking up and delivering of our computer. He had it fixed in a timely manner and pretty much knew what the problem was going to be. He was correct. His price was very reasonable, and he was extremely informative in answering questions in regard to us leaving spectrum and begin streaming. I would highly recommend Russ for your technology needs.
