Our septic system began backing up on the Sunday morning of Thanksgiving weekend. I called several 24/7 septic companies and only got a voicemail; until I reached Payless in my search. John was here in an hour. During the call, John’s service included showing us our system and answering questions. He explained that it was not full but clogged. With his well-equipped truck, this unexpected situation was quickly rectified. The fee was reasonable and to be honest much lower than expected especially with the holiday. What a fantastic company , after dealing with another septic company on Friday that said they drain my septic tank when they didn't I called Payless septic the owner of the company came out Immediately. And was to my house within the hour awesome and very pleasant person to deal with they will have my future business from here on out

I can’t thank John from pay less septic enough for coming out today July 3rd when no one else would. If that wasn’t enough he didn’t even charge me a holiday or emergency fee on top of the normal fee. Wonderful service wonderful person. Thank you!Rosie
