Mr. White notified in advance more than once of the appointment date and time, called and texted with a picture before arriving. He arrived on time and ready for the task which was completed efficiently while answering any questions.
The most courteous and professional business from the phone call to the service. Nothing was wrong with my a/c unit. Just a time delay from a storm. Mark made sure everything was running correctly and did a service while here. So thankful for an honest and trustworthy company.
If you are using any other air service company I would recommend switching to Air Care now. I was kept up to date on arrival time. Prompt ,courteous service at a reasonable price. Would give more stars if possible.
