“When we walked into Optical Outlet (Homosassa) we were greeted by 2 or three associates and when we told them of our needs an associate named Amara said she could help us. We explained our insurance (VSP) and she told us they were a VSP owned store. Amara began helping us with frames, then setting up the exam, then the available options and pricing based on our insurance. She was extremely knowledgeable and always had a smile and a pleasant attitude. The Doctor was very good and our exams went well. The entire process was smooth and efficient from beginning to end. Amara was amazing! We had a GREAT EXPERIENCE! We would highly recommend Optical Outlets to anyone.“
