Having an issue with plumbing in a bathroom on the first floor of my town house. The technician Joshua came by was very polite and knowledgeable also understanding of the situation was a pleasure to work with. 5 stars for Joshua.

I am SO thankful for Roto Rooter and Mr. Tracey Street ! As an unknowledgeable woman — it’s quite easy for companies to take advantage of one’s lack of “knowing” during a leak and water crisis . I was so scared that I would be price gouged and taken for a ride but Mr Tracey (and his associate that he called) both assured me of the situation and only did what NEEDED to be done to get my house back in order . For that— you have a client for life, Roto Rooter . Mr Tracey’s professionalism , kindness and CLEANLINESS restored my trust.
