If I could give 0 stars I would. Our daughter (Toddler) had her vision checked at Dr. Young office. They prescribed some glasses. We paid for the frames but while shopping for the frames we told the person there, that all glasses look to big for her little face. We were told that the frames were gonna be adjusted. Shortly our daughter was complaining that she was having headaches. When we saw the prescription she had I was not convinced. We went to her office and the Dr. Young was to arrogant and telling us that she had 20 years of experience and she was not gonna refund the funds of the frames. Overly priced for location. This office never seems to be opened. We came in for an appt, over payed for the entire experience. Now, we are still trying to pick up contacts 2 months later. I'd like my money back, but no one answers the phones. There is no voice mail so we can't leave a message. Everytime we show up, no one is here. I can't possibly be expected to take off so many days just to hope they will be in the office. 140 pm on a Thursday and no one is in?! 4 pm on Wednesday, no one there. 845am on a Monday, no one in!! What type of Dr's office is this? I have much regret choosing this location.
