“All I have to say is customer service @ it’s Finest, as a Gentleman , I do have a phone number with & venture to Ulta occasionally but today I stoped by with a nice List of misc that would take me 3 hours to find with just me & my other buddy alone. Rachel & Mellisa came to my aid & when I say I had the best shopping experience anyone could ask for mean it! There really are amazing human beings out there who take a lot of pride in the little things they do that make the biggest difference in the life’s of the individuals around them. Asked to speak to the StoreManager to Congratulate her on her truly Exceptional Floor Staff; (hospitality/retail is difficult finding great people who genuinely care about a great welcoming customer experience especially in Miami) she was equally as nice & had expressed how just the day Prior it had been Madness for them there. Even after one of their busiest days I’m guessing of the Season, these girls come into the work the next day giving 150%. THATS HOW YOU MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!
