10/10 service. The technician is very outgoing and friendly. He didn’t take long to get the job done. If you aren’t looking for chit chat and want someone to get the job done and leave then this company is for you!
I am very surprised this company has so many negative reviews. I do not usually write reviews but felt it necessary to give this company a much deserved positive review. Here is my story... I requested service through AHS on Thursday morning. ACM reached out to me that morning and had a tech by that afternoon. The tech said my coils were extremely dirty (pictures included). They could not come back the next day but they did come out that Saturday and did not charge me any extra money for a weekend visit. I've used this company three times in the past year as my house has 2 central AC's. Their service is outstanding! Ivan has gone beyond the call of duty and has resolved my AC issues in a professional and timely matter. I will continue to use them to service my AC problems again.
