I would highly recommend Pete Dospel for any construction project! He built our house 2 years ago and we couldn’t be any happier. Pete has continued to be available and helpful with any and all questions we have had including connecting us to any subcontractors. As with any new home there have been a few teething problems and Pete has handled all of these extremely quickly and efficiently. For example, last week we had a question about our swimming pool heater. We called Pete and he immediately arranged for the builders of the pool, Reef Pools, to come to our home, assess the problem and make the necessary changes. This was done within two days and is the exceptional service we have always experienced with Pete.Services: New construction services

I have worked with Pete on three renovation projects. The planning, design, and execution was timely and stayed within budget. The various sub contractors he used arrived when scheduled, and always left the job clean. Renovations always come with their challenges and surprises. Pete always had a creative work around to the problem, and the skill and experience to design a long term solution. I would highly recommend Pete for your next construction project.

Pete was excellent to work with through the whole building process, which as we know can be trying. He had expertise through all phases, and his bid/costs stayed on line. The quality of the work of his subs was great and he oversaw all aspects of the job with hands on management. We did a contemporary new build with a pool on the island. I wouldn’t hesitate to utilize his services again.
