We woke up with no air. They came out on the same day. Very friendly and knowledgeable guys. They checked everything...made a repair. The cost was incredibly fair. We will definitely use them again and refer this company every chance we can.
The office communicated with me clearly about the upcoming appointment. The technician arrived on time and had the pre-ordered specialty filter required by my air conditioner. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He cleaned up thoroughly, reviewed the work that was completed and reset my thermostat for my desired settings. My bill was itemized and I had options to choose from for payment. And we discussed my next scheduled service needs.
