My wife and I met Brooke & Andy this past February at an open house in Bradenton. Living in the midwest, we have been very fortunate to have had a vacation condo here and have built fantastic memories with our kids, family and friends over the years. We love all that Bradenton has to offer but also knew we had outgrown our condo some time ago. We had met many real estate agents in the area but it never felt right or comfortable until that Sunday in February.
In just over 6 months time , Brooke & Andy sold our condo and found us a home we are absolutely thrilled with. I believe there were 15 condos in our complex that were on the market when they listed ours, not to mention the layouts are almost identical -so not an easy sell. Sixty days later, our condo was sold and the others were still on the market. The pictures and description of our condo were fantastic but I believe it was their professionalism and ability to work with others that initiated our sale.
Fast-forward to a Saturday morning in early August and we get a text from Andy. A house goes on the market in our ideal location and has a little bit of everything we asked for. Andy's goes to the open house the next day, sending us videos, Brooke sees it too and we get both of their opinions. Without us stepping foot in the house, we put an offer in and with their help, we got it.
Brooke & Andy are exceptional realtors. Brooke's attention to detail with all the paperwork and seeing that everything is done correctly and on-time is amazing. Andy's ability to read a house and give his straightforward opinion on quality or value was extremely beneficial. They took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. They know the market extremely well, even showed us areas we were unfamiliar with before we met. They're always available whether it's a text or phone call and I felt they negotiated extremely well on our behalf. You can tell they love what they do and they are simply fantastic people. I would give both 10 stars and highly recommend them to anyone.

HOLMES BEACH BARBER SHOP Best little barber shop with a relaxing "old school, island vibe" and a really talented barber! Park right in front, walk 20 feet and slide into the barber chair. No worries if you're not looking for a "high and tight" or a "fade". I just get a "trim"! Lol! Brian knows his craft, takes pride in his work and delivers. He listens intently to customer's requests asking occasional questions to understand customers likes and dislikes. You'll see him take off just the right amount here and there working quickly with scissors and electric clippers to have you in and out as he efficiently plies his trade. You'll be smiling after checking out your sharp new look in the mirror as you're wondering "why would I even bother with those hit-or-miss chain franchises now that I know a real barber is right here on the island?!" Check him out. Walk-ins are welcome or call ahead. Brian has been at this convenient location for years and you'll look forward to seeing him regularly and telling others about his shop and great haircuts...

A great haircut. Cheryl cuts my hair and in addition to the cut, wonderful conversation. Feel like she is part of the family. Staff is friendly works with my schedule and last-minute changes. Everyone has a great sense of humor and have fun on the job. If only my car could get this level of service!!
