When it comes to making decisions, I'm slow to decide. Rosa kindly gave me individualized attention with each visit I made to select flooring (I made several trips--God Bless you Rosa).After I finally selected flooring and pine baseboards, the installers arrived a few days later ready to install. Oscar and his crew were quick, professional and detail oriented. They also moved my furniture like pros.Thank you The Flooring Factory. My little old house now looks a lot better with new floors. From sales to the installers, the effort was seamless. Everyone did a great job!

3 Years ago I had waterproof laminate flooring installed in my 28x70 manufactured housing. Installers were not perfect, they got a few thing wrong. Broke the handle on my stove. marked the new floor dragging the stove. We had to tell them to mix up the boxes so the MFR batches would blend better, and a few other small things. When the job was done, the lines were good, the mix was good, the base boards are good, and they cleaned up, was on time, respectful, semi-professional sub-contractors. update; in the high traffic kitchen area, the joints are starting to separate, may need to contact the Biz to see if there is something that can be done.
