    This was a very frustrating experience, I was a new patient and Dr. Schwartz explained everything that was going to be done during the EEG and I waited a long time for both of my appointments patiently. The day of my EEG the nurse technician was braking rules of HIPPA during my test by speaking about other patients information in front of me on the phone, had a computer screen with everyone's information on it, during my test. She had an attitude, she never explained what she was going to do, nor did she say when she was going to start the EEG and she did not do anything the Doctor had explained; it was a waste of my time.     This was a very frustrating experience, I was a new patient and Dr. Schwartz explained everything that was going to be done during the EEG and I waited a long time for both of my appointments patiently. The day of my EEG the nurse technician was braking rules of HIPPA during my test by speaking about other patients information in front of me on the phone, had a computer screen with everyone's information on it, during my test. She had an attitude, she never explained what she was going to do, nor did she say when she was going to start the EEG and she did not do anything the Doctor had explained; it was a waste of my time. The office is very disorganized and I spoke with a manager who said would call me back rescheduling my appointment to a sooner date and never did. I had to cancel my last appointment for my results which was going to be via zoom because the doctor was unavailable and last minute they told me they needed another referral after I've been waiting for two months for this appointment. I e-mailed the doctor through the patient portal and never got an answer back. This is what happens when doctors work for an office that doesn't care about their patients, unfortunately they loose new patients, business by breaking HIPPA rules, regulations and truly ignore the health of their patients.

    I have been a patient of Dr Schwartz for a few hears. I had a telemed appointment with Dr Schwartz on 9/21/20 which was great. We decided to refill a migraine medicine for me which I was having success with. Because this is a new to the marketPrescription the pharmacy sent over a request for Dr Schwartz to confirm this medicine and it never for taken care of. So I sent 4 messages through the patient portal to Aileen over a 14 day period which was never responded to. This resulted Me spending the day in the ER because my migraine was so bad. Just so disappointed that I was ignored like this even though I follow proper procedures. I just need a doctor confirmation authorization on a prescription he had prescribed to me, something my pharmacy and I both requested multiple times. I called the office twice after my ER visit as instructed to do by the ER doctor and still no call back.
