Dear management, can you please provide training for the employees? One younger guys pointed me to the aisle, absolutely not related to what i was looking, the other stated with confidence these window shutters do not produce anymore, while there is a whole section of them. What's going on at this location???? This has been for years like that!
By far the most incompetent people i have ever come across. after $37k- my house looks worse than before. the quality and workmanship is nothing less than elementary. the customer service- even worse. the most careleas, unintelligent, and moronic group of people I have ever dealt with. yours truly, Michael Mio.
Can't complain about the service if can't fo"ind an associate. So the lack of there of cost me time and them money.I was told the cashier would ring my item in then told to go to the garden section and pick it up. Then come back. At this point we both lost good bye.
