No, I would NOT recommend them. They are, in one in one word, HORRENDOUS. Technician spent less than 10 minutes on the washing machine installing the new parts (which turned out to be the wrong parts!), said it was fixed, and left. Within the hour, while washing a small load, the washing machine began to make strange and loud noises, and stopped working. When I lifted the lid, I noticed the drum had collapsed by about four inches. I contacted the company to have the technician return, and was told he couldn't come back until four days later. I explained the situation, and was told a manager would be calling back. After waiting five hours for Frankie to call back (he still hadn't), I contacted Ocean again, and was told to take it up with the company we had the warranty plan with, which had contracted them. I did that, and was told Ocean could come out the following day. I called Ocean for an approximate time, and what I got was an extremely rude woman who basically called me a liar, and told me to take it up with the warranty company. I wanted to give Ocean a second chance (why, I don't know) and called after a while, only to find out from another customer service rep that my case had been re-assigned by my warranty company to another appliance repair company because I had refused service. I think that qualifies as lying on the first customer service's part. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and a total waste of my time. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.
