Nexterminate helped us tame a Palmetto Bug issue that no other service had been able to do. Owner David examined all areas, particularly in the kitchen, for bug access and showed us almost invisible places to seal off. We have gone from having what we'd consider a real issue to only a few, at most, between quarterly services. We're grateful and would highly recommend Nexterminate.Services: Cockroach extermination

Just opened a bodega. Second day in, a big rat decided to greet us and our customers. It was awful. Water bugs everywhere. Mice eating up all the bread snd chips. David helped get our problem under control. He closed holes, sprayed, put down traps and poison and advised us through it all. He even treated the basement. His prices are reasonable and he is very reliable. You won't be disappointed w his services.

We just moved into a new construction in Brooklyn, that became infested with ants and even worse, silverfish. The day the infestation rapidly worsened, of course, fell on a national holiday and everything was closed. Luckily I contacted Nexterminate and not only did David pick up, he actually came to my residence THAT SAME DAY. David was very kind and thorough in his work, and the service was just top notch. He knew where the issue was immediately and I honestly wish I went straight to him instead of wasting time/money on baits from the store. I also had a bunch of questions that I texted him about and he was always reliable and quick to respond, which I truly appreciated. You can tell he actually cares, especially since infestations can be an emotionally overwhelming experience. The cost for his service was extremely reasonable, even less than other companies we've used in the past (and Nexterminate's service was exponentially better). I pray to never have an infestation again, but if I did, David would be the first person I would call. Now I have no more issues and can finally sleep in peace.. THANK YOU NEXTERMINATE!
