Marvin was AMAZING!!! I wanted to get my old homestead up to electrical code ... to rent. But, I was worried about "who to call"? So I googled electricians in my neighborhood looking for only "great reviews". My Electrical Genie popped-up on top of the list. I knew that I needed someone good so I called My Electrical Genie and explained that there were a lot of jimmy-rigged wires through-out my house from past owners, that needed repair. Marvin showed up, smack-dab on time, and he jumped right in. He replaced an out-of-date washing machine plug that was dead, he fixed a poorly wired ceiling light that was also dead, he replaced the dimmer on the dining-room light, he fixed the kitchen light so it stopped flashing, he removed an ancient wabbly rattling paddle-fan with a new ceiling light, he replaced all four of my 10 year old expiring smoke alarms. And, he cleaned up everything including the old paddle-fan and multiple empty boxes. All with a smile. I strongly recommend Marvin and his services. I definately will be calling him back whenever I need electrical help in the futur.

Marvin and his staff are the best! I needed to have him visit the home of my invalid 91 year old aunt to give an estimate on extensive rewiring. Her health issues required rescheduling and patience on their part. They worked around our schedule and were very thorough and clear about the recommended work. They produced an estimate quickly and were very cooperative about a number of changes that we wanted to make. Ultimately, we had to cancel the work at the last minute because of my aunt's deteriorating health and relocation. Marvin was extremely understanding and refused to charge us for the time he had already expended or for restocking the parts he had already ordered for our job. I originally approached My Electrical Genie because of recommendations regarding their competence and integrity. I can now add compassion and humanity to that list - and wholeheartedly recommend them for any electrical needs in South Florida. Randy Gibson👍
