Eli was amazing! He was prompt and arrived quickly! He made sure to take care of all of our concerns. He finished 3 of our couches (1 being velvet) in under 2 hours! He was very joyful, nice and respectful. We definitely plan to use him again! Thanks Eli :)

my cat peed all over our Very expensive area rug we called Mr Dry Steam Eli was very nice on the phone and when arrived even nicer he picked up our rug and brought it back a few days later the rug looked like new again no odor i highly recommends them.

I needed my rug cleaned last minute and called Mr. Dey steam and he was able to come to the rescue right away SAME DAY! He was on time, polite and a pleasure to be around. My rug looks fantastic!! Highly recommend!! If I could give him 10 stars I would
