We had a delay at first having him come by after he got the glass. Since it took a while for him to come by he was willing to not charge us the full amount only half. I couldn't accept but he took care of the job within an hour of arriving and the replacement looks identical. I would recommend him since he's not charging as much as these other companies. My quote from another company was $1800, but he wanted $750.
