“I’ve been visiting Flamingo Dance & Fitness Studio for almost a month, and I want to share my impressions of TRX classes. Firstly, I want to note the professionalism of trainer Oksana. She not only knows her business perfectly, but also knows how to find an individual approach to each client. The training program is balanced and aimed at working all muscle groups, which makes the classes truly effective. We did a private pole dancing class for a bachelorette party and it was so much fun!! Our instructor Julia was amazing, talented, and supportive — we loved how she kept the class high energy and fun. Highly recommend Flamingo Studio ?
