We have owned at Monarch Lakes for 5 years & we have had the best experience with Shayna our property manager. Very helpful, responds our questions in a timely manner, always available to speak with. Great experience

As a Landlord and Property Manager, I have not had such great experience with Property Management as I had with FirstService Residential. ADRIENNE GOMES, Client Services Specialist was exceptional. She was very professional, timely, efficient and very knowledgeable. She made Renter approval process so easy and pleasant.
