I’ve been going to Dr. Fishman for over 20 years. When he announced his retirement I chose to stay with Eye Surgery Associates. From the various communications and the website, I chose Dr. Caruana. On my first visit I met Martha who when over my prescriptions She was able to find the right lenses for my eyes to help me see clearer, took the eye pressure of my eyes , and dilated my eyes so Dr. Caruana could examine my eyes. We talked about my cataracts and since they hadn’t progressed since last year. I didn’t need surgery. I had a few questions and without hesitation he said of course. Registering in, well positioned, tended to by staff. Staff friendly, helpful, not seen hanging around, listens and acts on request. Waitng time for all procedures is negligible, attending technicians knowledgeable and willing to help, teach and answer questions. Attending physician gets a high five. All procedures timely, correct and promptly knew how to steer my treatment. Don't let the excess exposed tatoos on some staff members fool you, though shocking appearance, deep.inside, they are awesome. Keep it up guys.

A lot of patients waiting but not for so long, organized and clean. Most of people friendly, only one of the ladies on front desk (the one with red devil horns on Halloween) was there in a mood like she hates her job, very unprofessional and zero energy, literally walking dead ?, maybe she can give her spot for someone willing to work.
