I'm taking a minute to let people know my experience. We had an appointment with them, it has been driving rain during the time our appointment was. I was called 3 times in a row and answered. Well, we have just lost a family member that is out of town. So, we had to make the usual plans, plane, car, hotel, ect. After I answered, I told him (Mike?) what happened. He told me I should have let them know we had a death. I told him three calls in a row was a bit much. He said, they were just following up and it cost them money for the lead. I totally understand that it is business and I get and appreciate following up but calling over and over wasn't acceptable... read full review
