After going to this business for many years, I was treated badly. The time spent in preparing my tax return was much less than the previous years. I chalked it up to Chris being very busy as tax time was soon approaching and he had lots of work to complete. But still, all customers deserve respect.

I've been mailing all my tax documents to Chris for over 20 years. He's super knowledgeable about the tax law, so that I trust to get my taxes done right. He'll even go above and beyond to make sure I've got all my deductions and my t's and i's dotted and crossed! He's very affordable, which explains why he's busy during tax season. I make sure to gather all my tax paperwork, like W2s and 1099s, to him by mid or end of January for best results, and I recommend him to all my business associates and friends.

The most irresponsible and unreliable so-called accountants/liars. They take your documents and start working on them only after a month or so and after you call 5 times and tell them everything you think about them. And after this they will do 50 % of what they promised you initially... oh yeah every time you speak with them price will change.... also after they file your tax return you'll be waiting for months and months because they do PAPER MAILING!!!! ITS 21ST century!!!! Paper mailing taxes takes way longer but they won't give you a choice. Dont be fool dont trust these folks...
