I had to write a review because there are no recent ones and whatever those old ones are I simply can’t believe based on my experience. I brought a champagne bridesmaids dress that was completely black at the bottom after an outdoor wedding and a white full body puffer coat that was covered in orange dirt from a trip to AZ. I went in knowing they possibly couldn’t be saved AND he was honest with me in saying there was a chance I was right. When I came to pick them up today they looked like they never got dirty in the first place. I was floored. Also his customer service is fantastic. This place is great. Reliable, reasonable pricing, always ready when they say they will be. Highly recommend. We take our business clothes here. They even did my wedding dress! They have wedding dress preservation services too for a really reasonable price!
