We just returned from vacation to find that our air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air. I called Von-aire first thing in the morning, and Kyle was out within a few hours, and fixed the problem right away. I called Von-Aire to provide system maintenance, they were friendly and they scheduled me quickly at a time that worked best for me. Their communication was awesome, they called me half an hour before the technician arrived to let me know he was on his way. Jay, the technician, did an outstanding job! He was very professional, listened to my concerns with my AC, and answered my questions thoroughly. He did an excellent job making me feel like a valued customer, and thoroughly investigated my AC to make sure it was running properly and efficiently.
