She made me right at home from our first conversation over the phone to my first appt. She was caring & kind. Andrea made me feel right at home! She was kind even when I wiped out my silly photo I brought in to show where I wanted to go with my hair. I had recently had a disappointing hair cut elsewhere in my new community.
